Neponset Landing is a pet-friendly community where we welcome cats and dogs. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per residence. Pet rent is $35 per month per cat and $100 per month per dog. There is a 45lb weight limit for dogs and we do not allow aggressive breeds.
